Vivian Aldana

Vivian Aldana has over 17 years of work experience in program management and project coordination. Vivian most recently worked at Fastly as a Senior Program Manager in the Customer Experience department, where they developed and implemented project plans for sales and client service organizations. Vivian also led operational readiness activities and developed processes and policies aligned with product launch plans.

Prior to Fastly, Vivian worked at Gogo, where they held various roles including Capability and Technology Program Manager and Airline Program Manager. In these positions, they managed program plans, coordinated with engineering teams and vendors, and scheduled resources for design review and installation. Vivian also served as the overall program owner and direct contact with customers.

Vivian Aldana obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northeastern Illinois University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they achieved a Vendor Management Certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014, they received an Engineering Training Certification, and also obtained a Program Management Certification from PARK UNIVERSITY ENTERPRISES, INC. Vivian'smost recent certification is the 2022 Core App certification from Smartsheet, which they obtained in March 2023.
