Andrea Rafaela Ruiz Ribeiro is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Fastmarkets since June 2021, Andrea has progressed from a Customer Success Executive role. Previous experience includes positions at iiko, Argus Media, and Leon Restaurants, where responsibilities ranged from customer service to team management. Early roles include training and supervisory positions at Byron and Archangel Cocktail Bar, as well as a Transport Analyst position at Ford Motor Company.
