Jenny Allen-Smith

Jenny Allen-Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of learning and development, talent management, recruitment, and human resources. Jenny'srecent experience includes working as the Head of Learning and Development at Fastmarkets and as the Head of Learning, Development & Wellbeing at MSI Reproductive Choices UK. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Manager at Horder Healthcare and as a Resourcing Business Partner at Brakes Group. Jenny also has experience in recruitment and HR roles at Hutchison 3G, Blacks Leisure Group, QS Group, and RotoVision Publishers. Throughout their career, Jenny has demonstrated expertise in areas such as employee relations, training and development, recruitment, and project management.

Jenny Allen-Smith attended the University of Sussex from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a CIPD degree in Human Resources Development. Prior to that, they also studied at the University of Sussex from 1999 to 2002, earning a 2:1 BA HONS in History.
