Caitlin Dutchak

Caitlin Dutchak is the Director of People & Culture at Fast + Epp, an internationally recognized structural engineering firm known for their mass timber and timber-hybrid projects. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Director of People & Culture at Nucleus Networks Inc., an award-winning Managed IT Services provider. She also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Whitelaw Twining Law Corporation and as an HR Manager at Boughton Law Corporation. Caitlin has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Western University.
