Owen Shribman

Owen Shribman has extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Owen currently holds the position of Director of Customer Support at FastSpring since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TSO Consulting Group from 2019 to 2022 as the Head of Global Customer Operations, responsible for various operational units such as Consulting Services, Support Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and IT.

From 2017 to 2019, Owen served as the VP of Global Support Operations at Rogue Wave Software, where they developed and led a unified enterprise support operations division and achieved significant improvements in organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction scores.

Before that, Owen worked at TSO Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant from 2015 to 2017, where they utilized their expertise in process improvement, customer experience, and SaaS to assist clients in enhancing their operations.

Owen's earlier experience includes positions such as the Director of Support Services, NOC, SOC at Spireon, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, and the Business Unit Leader at IBM Rational from 2007 to 2014. In these roles, they managed global organizations, oversaw operation managers and functional leaders, and implemented initiatives to improve executive insight and reporting.

Furthermore, Owen served as the Director of Technical Support at Telelogic Software from 2000 to 2007, where they managed a global support organization and prioritized customer needs and satisfaction. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Technical Support at Continuus Software from 1996 to 2000, where they directed a team of technical support engineers and contributed to performance optimization and training programs.

Owen Shribman attended the University of Oregon from 1982 to 1986, where they studied Architecture. After a gap of several years, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In addition to their formal education, Owen has achieved a Kepner-Tregoe Program Leader Certification from Kepner-Tregoe in June 2008. Owen is currently in progress towards obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
