Carey Pachla

Carey Pachla has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Carey is currently working at Chief as a Chief Member since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President and CEO of FastTek Global starting from January 2020. From September 2003 to January 2020, they worked as the President of Fast Switch, Ltd., a company specializing in Information Technology and Engineering consulting. Before that, they held the position of Senior Account Executive at Logica from 2000-2003 and at Keane, Inc. from 1999-2000. Carey also worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at a privately held IT Consulting Company from 1996-1999, and as an Account Executive at XPO Logistics, Inc. from 1992-1996. Throughout their career, Carey focused on providing consulting services and career opportunities while maintaining a strong commitment to treating consultants and clients with respect and fairness.

Carey Pachla received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Marketing from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business and Management Information Systems at Wayne State University, attending from 1997 to 2001.
