Richard also worked at Design Systems, Inc as a Contract Project Engineer in the Mechanical Group, providing engineering support to the plant and coordinating new equipment installation and bid development for outside contractor work.

Their most recent position was at FATA Automation Inc as a Business Development Manager, where they focused on developing new business opportunities.

Throughout their career, Richard has gained experience in various aspects of engineering, such as conveyor layout development, detailing, and design, as well as project coordination, proposal preparation, and customer relationship management.

Richard Pingle attended Belleville High School from 1983 to 1985. After graduating, they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the National Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1988. Later, Richard attended Eastern Michigan University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering.
