Meghan Novy has extensive work experience in the field of clinical operations and project management. Meghan has worked at multiple companies, including Fate Therapeutics Inc, MEI Pharma, Parexel, Synteract, QuintilesIMS, and Quintiles. Throughout their career, they have held various roles such as Director of Clinical Operations, Associate Director of Clinical Operations, Associate Project Director, Senior Project Leader, Project Leader, Project Manager, Clinical Project Manager, Associate Clinical Project Manager, Clinical Project Support Specialist, and Clinical Project Coordinator. Their responsibilities have included managing clinical trials, overseeing project teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, and managing study progress, budgets, and resources. Additionally, they have also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Palomar College, Saddleback College, and Mira Costa Community College, where they have taught courses in the behavioral sciences department.

Meghan Novy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UC San Diego in the years 2000 to 2004. Meghan later pursued their Master of Arts degree in Experimental Psychology at California State University San Marcos.
