Victor S. Barros, MBA has extensive experience in materials management, logistics, and warehouse operations. Victor S. currently holds the position of Director of Materials Management & Logistics at Fate Therapeutics Inc. Victor S. previously served as an Associate Director of Tech Ops - GMP Warehouse at Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc. and as a Senior Manager of Logistics & Warehouse at AstraZeneca. Prior to that, Mr. Barros worked as a Supply Chain Lead Tech at Sandoz and as a Supply Chain Supervisor of Warehouse and Transportation at Terumo BCT. Victor's expertise in supply chain management and logistics makes him a valuable asset to any organization.

Victor S. Barros, MBA, has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Regis University, which they obtained in 2010. Victor S. later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from the same institution and completed it in 2013. In 2020, they began studying Biotechnology & Life Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with an expected graduation date of 2023. Alongside their studies, Victor has also earned various certifications, including ones in Fermentation Technology, Persuasive Communication, and Biotechnology & Life Sciences from MIT Professional Education. Additionally, they have a certification in ISO 13485:2003 Internal Auditor - MD – Medical Device Management Systems and AU – Management Systems Auditing from RABQSA, obtained in 2013.
