Katie Broman is an accomplished executive in nonprofit management and marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Development and Director of Brand and Community Marketing at Boys Town since September 2023. Previously, Katie held the position of Executive Director at Omaha Community Playhouse from January 2017 to August 2023, where significant achievements included managing a $5 million operating budget, implementing strategic plans, and guiding the organization through the challenges of a global pandemic. Prior roles include Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Opera Omaha and Omaha Community Playhouse, where Katie led successful marketing campaigns and secured substantial media sponsorships.
