Chuck Baddley

EVP, Marketing Intelligence at Fathom

Chuck Baddley is currently the EVP of Marketing Intelligence at Fathom. Chuck has over 18 years of experience in marketing, analytics, and strategy.

Chuck started their career at J.P. Morgan, where they were the Director of Marketing Insights for five years. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing marketing programs that drove customer acquisition and retention. Chuck also oversaw the creation of a customer segmentation strategy that increased customer lifetime value by 25%.

In 2005, Chuck joined American Greetings Interactive as the VP of Marketing and Marketing Science. During their eight years with the company, they oversaw the development and execution of all marketing initiatives, as well as the creation of a customer segmentation strategy that increased customer lifetime value by 25%. Chuck also led the launch of American Greetings' first e-commerce site, which generated over $1 million in sales in its first year.

In 2013, Chuck left American Greetings to join IgnitionOne as the VP of Marketing Strategy and Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for managing client success, marketing services, and analytics services for over 60 clients. Chuck also developed proprietary "white label" predictive models, segmentation strategies, and targeting algorithms for B2C marketing clients with annual sales between $250 million and $9 billion in e-commerce, hospitality/travel, communications, automotive, financial services, and retail clothing.

In November 2015, Chuck left IgnitionOne to join Incept as the Chief Analytics Officer. In this role, they were responsible for building proprietary predictive models, segmentation strategies, and marketing campaigns for a U.S.-based blood bank donor recruitment company. Chuck also developed a scalable solution through the concept of a standardized blood donor recruitment data mart that fed a democratized data modeling capability.

In August 2018, Chuck left Incept to join Fathom as the EVP of Marketing Intelligence. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing intelligence, including data analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.

Chuck Baddley has a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from the University of North Alabama.
