Shayna Leyba

Shayna Leyba has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shayna is currently the Director of Operations at Fathom Realty, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Agent Relations at New American Funding from October 2021 to May 2022. Shayna also served as the Director of Operations at Keller Williams Group One, Inc. from September 2020 to October 2021. Shayna has previous experience in retail as a Safety Captain & Cashier and Receiving Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market from August 2017 to September 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Program Coordinator in the Department of Linguistics at The University of Arizona from July 2012 to June 2016. Shayna also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University from August 2014 to December 2015 and The University of Arizona from August 2011 to December 2011. Shayna has further professional experience as an intern with the Drug Court Unit at Pima County Adult Probation from May 2014 to August 2014 and as an Office Assistant and Teaching Assistant at The University of Arizona from January 2009 to May 2012.

Shayna Leyba holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice, which they obtained from Arizona State University from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they also earned two separate certificates from the same university in Law Enforcement Administration and Corrections Management, both in the field of Criminology & Criminal Justice. Prior to their Master's degree, Shayna completed their Bachelor of Art degree in Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Arizona from 2008 to 2012. Shayna also briefly studied Spanish Language and Literature at IE University in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Shayna obtained a certification in Essential Elements of Adult Drug Courts from The National Drug Court Institute in 2014.
