Samantha Giuggio

Samantha Giuggio has a diverse and extensive work experience. Samantha is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Fathom Realty, a position they began in 2022. Prior to that, Samantha held various roles within Fathom Realty, including Chief Broker Operations Officer and VP of Operations & Regional Vice President. In 2015, they also worked as the Senior Vice President at Fathom Realty. In addition to their real estate roles, Samantha worked at The John Maxwell Company as a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker in 2015. Before their career in real estate, they owned Snap Fitness Pittsboro, NC from 2008 to 2012. Samantha also had experience as a Distributor at NSA / Juice Plus+ from 2010 to 2011. Samantha started their career as a Realtor/Broker at Allen Tate Realtors in 2009 and served as an Indirect Sales Manager at Sprint PCS from 1997 to 2000.

Samantha Giuggio attended Holyoke Community College from 1990 to 1992 where they earned an Associates degree in Hospitality Management. In 2009, they completed a program at JY Monk Real Estate School and obtained a Broker/Realtor degree in the field of Broker.
