Rami El-Rashid

Rami El-Rashid is a data scientist who has worked extensively in the field of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, IoT, and advanced analytics. Rami is currently the Head of Data at FaunaPhotonics, where they have been responsible for delivering data science, machine learning, and cloud computing solutions to customers since August 2019.

Prior to joining FaunaPhotonics, Rami was a Data Scientist at NEXT Emerging Technologies, where they implemented machine learning models for predictive maintenance on IoT data and created and delivered a comprehensive 3-day data science training. Rami also deployed machine learning models in Microsoft Azure with code refactoring, creation of cloud infrastructure, and implementation of DevOps processes.

Rami's previous experience also includes working as a Data Scientist at CGI, where they designed database architecture and data flow for a client moving into digitalization. Rami has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with digital transformation and is well-positioned to help FaunaPhotonics' customers navigate this rapidly changing landscape.

Rami El-Rashid has a Master of Science in Mathematical Modeling and Computation from the DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Rami also has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Rami is a high school graduate with a specialty in mathematics and chemistry from Lovassy László Gimnázium.

Rami El-Rashid reports to Michael Stanley Pedersen, CEO. They work with Martin Kragh Hansen - Corporate Finance Director, Jens Erik Meier - Production Team Lead, and Mads Fogtmann Hansen - CDO.
