Billy has extensive work experience in the e-commerce industry. Billy started their career at Groupon in 2011, where they worked in partner management, helping merchants grow their businesses through the platform. In 2016, they joined the Fave Group, a fast-growing startup in Southeast Asia. At Fave, Billy held roles such as Partner Operation Manager and Head of Operations. Billy was responsible for overseeing operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
