Katelyn Soo

Katelyn Soo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katelyn started their career as a Student Tutor at Super Tuition Centre in 2011. Katelyn then worked as a Marketing Trainee at Poh Kong Holdings in 2012. In 2013, they joined Nova Freight and Shipping Sdn Bhd as a Junior Admin Executive, and later at the same company, they worked as a Salesperson. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Junior Admin Executive at Nova Freight and Shipping Sdn Bhd again. In 2016, they joined Groupon Asia Pacific as an Operation Associate. In 2016, they also joined Fave, where they held various roles including Partner Support Executive and Head of Partner Support. Their responsibilities at Fave included supporting partners, managing partnerships with Lazada and Alipay, and improving the listing process. Katelyn currently works as a Product Manager, Internal Tools at Fave.

Katelyn Soo's education history begins in 2006 when they attended SMK Damansara Utama for an unspecified degree and field of study. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Diploma in Business Administration and Management at SEGi University & Colleges. Continuing their education, Katelyn attended Monash University Malaysia from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree with a specialization in International Business and Management. In addition to their formal education, Katelyn Soo obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2023.
