Paola Melega

Paola Melega is a marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Assistant at Favini since October 2023. In this role, Paola is responsible for creating and sending newsletters, managing sample requests, monitoring and analyzing social media, generating copy for online platforms, developing editorial plans, executing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, drafting press releases, and organizing participation in trade fairs and events. Previously, Paola worked at MENGOTTI SRL as an Export and E-commerce Employee, where responsibilities included processing orders from various marketplaces and supporting product photography for the company’s website. Paola's experience also includes an internship at Pangaia Grado Zero Srl, where involvement in a European funding project focused on sustainable product development took place. Paola holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and is currently pursuing a Digital Marketing course at Veneto Formazione. Additionally, Paola has a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage and Economics from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
