Jason Lepes

Jason L.'s work experience begins in 2001 as a Chef & Line Cook for Aureole, Lespinasse, Bobby Van's, and Private Catering. In 2006, they became a Pricing Analyst at FreshDirect before progressing to various roles within the company, including Manager of Ecommerce Merchandising and Director of Prepared Foods Merchandising. From 2015 to 2019, they served as Co-Founder & Chief Merchant and later General Manager of Foodkick/Freshdirect Express at FreshDirect. In 2016, they also took on the role of VP / Head Merchant, B2B and Office. In 2020, they joined H-E-B as President & Chief Operating Officer at Favor Delivery and later became President & COO at the same company in 2021.

Jason L. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Brown University. Jason also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School.
