Stephan Kotin

Stephan Kotin serves as the Senior Manager and Head of Research at Favor Delivery since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in user experience (UX) research and design. Previously, Kotin held roles such as UX Research Manager and Senior UX Researcher at Amazon from February 2020 to May 2023, and User Experience Researcher at Facebook from April 2017 to November 2019. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Start UX, a UX research and design consultancy from 2016 to 2019, Kotin also contributed to patient engagement technology as the UX Research & Design Lead at Houston Methodist between 2015 and 2017. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Panola College, Experience Design Researcher at HP, Graduate Research Assistant at RIHM Lab, and Rehabilitation Clinician at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD. Kotin holds a BA in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
