Felix Lule has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Felix started their career at Citi in 2008, where they worked as a Back-End Collector for over a year. Felix then became a Manager Assistant Unit (Supervisor), handling tasks such as processing loan modifications, diffusing escalated calls, and developing repayment plans. After their supervisor role, Felix worked as a Bankruptcy Account Manager at Citi for about a year.
