Felix Lule

Felix Lule has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Felix started their career at Citi in 2008, where they worked as a Back-End Collector for over a year. Felix then became a Manager Assistant Unit (Supervisor), handling tasks such as processing loan modifications, diffusing escalated calls, and developing repayment plans. After their supervisor role, Felix worked as a Bankruptcy Account Manager at Citi for about a year.

Following their time at Citi, Felix joined Bank of America as a Business Control Specialist for a few months in early 2013. Felix then moved on to Veripro Solutions, where they served as a Loss Recovery Specialist from July 2013 to July 2014.

In 2014, Felix joined Pacific Union Financial, LLC as a Loss Mitigation Specialist. Felix worked in this role until August 2015.

Currently, Felix is working as an Account Manager at Fay Servicing, LLC, a position they have held since August 2015.

Felix Lule's education history includes attending The University of Texas at Arlington from 2005 to 2006, where they studied Criminal Justice/Police Science. Felix did not obtain a degree during this period. From 2006 to 2008, Felix attended Dallas College Mountain View Campus and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
