Teresa Donnell

Teresa Donnell is an experienced asset manager with a demonstrated history in the real estate and financial services sectors. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Civic Financial Services since May 2021, Teresa effectively manages acquired assets from foreclosure sale through REO liquidation while collaborating with various stakeholders. Previously, Teresa held multiple roles at Fay Servicing LLC, including REO PreMarketer Coordinator and REO Asset Manager, overseeing a significant volume of assets nationwide. Teresa’s career started as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Daniel Consuegra, where expertise in title curative and client servicing was developed, and included a role as Pre-Marketing Specialist at Nationwide REO Brokers, Inc.
