Alexandra Carmel, CRHA

Alexandra Carmel, CRHA has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alexandra began their career as a Human Resources Intern at the Montreal Heart Institute in 2012. Subsequently, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Quadrax et Associés from May 2012 to May 2014. Alexandra then moved on to Vigi Santé Ltée, where they served as a Human Resources Advisor from June 2014 to October 2016.

In 2016, Alexandra joined Magil Construction as a Human Resources Advisor and held this position until September 2018. Alexandra was then promoted to the role of Senior Human Resources Advisor and worked until January 2020. Finally, in January 2020, they became the Human Resources Director at Magil Construction.

Additionally, in 2018, Alexandra also joined Fayolle Canada as a Senior Human Resources Advisor. Alexandra later assumed the role of Human Resources Director in January 2020.

Throughout their career, Alexandra has gained extensive experience in various HR roles, showcasing their expertise in strategic HR management, advising, and leadership.

Alexandra Carmel, CRHA completed their Baccalaureate degree in Industrial Relations at the Université de Montréal from 2009 to 2012. Alexandra then pursued further education at the Université de Sherbrooke from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in 2nd Cycle in Prevention and Dispute Resolution from the Law Faculty.
