Tish Chism Kinsey

Tish Chism Kinsey has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Tish began their career as an Office Administrator at Freeland Harris Consulting Engineers and later served as a Human Resources / Office Administrator at Belcan Lexington Aerospace Design Center. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Representative (contractor) at Webasto and as a Human Resource Specialist at KDMK. In 2010, Tish joined Fazoli's System Management, LLC, where they held various roles over the years, including Benefits Specialist, Benefits Manager, Senior Manager of Total Rewards, and currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits. Additionally, Tish has also contributed to the industry as a Board Member of the Chain Restaurant Total Rewards Association. Tish Chism Kinsey holds both the GBA and PHR certifications.

Tish Chism Kinsey has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Bluegrass Community and Technical College. Tish also attended Marshall County High School. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in September 2011 and the SHRM-CP certification from the HRCI in December 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Group Benefits Associate certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2015.
