Janet Gunaria Nababan

Janet Gunaria Nababan started their work experience in 2015 as a Store Supervisor at Andistar Book Store. Their responsibilities included coordinating with book publishers and suppliers, monitoring employee performance, and creating financial reports. Janet Gunaria then joined PT. MNC Sky Vision in 2015 as part of their Management Development Program. During this program, they received training in various divisions and projects, including Technical Service, Sales, Rejoin, and Project Management. Janet Gunaria also served as a Sales Coordinator for the Sales Front Liners at the Yogyakarta branch. In 2016, they became an Analytical Retention Specialist, where they conducted research on pre-disconnected subscribers and developed strategies to reduce churn and increase revenue. Later, in 2018, they were promoted to the position of Section Head of Analytic and Support, where they ensured the alignment of retention processes with company regulations and provided qualitative and quantitative data to division and department heads. In 2019, they joined PT Payfazz Teknologi Nusantara as a Sales Management Executive.

Janet Gunaria Nababan completed their Bachelor of Economic degree in Marketing Management from the Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Janet Gunaria pursued this program at the university from 2009 to 2014.
