Thorsten (Toto) Schmugge

Thorsten (Toto) Schmugge has had a diverse professional background. Thorsten (Toto) started their career in 2005 at EASY SOFTWARE AG, where they worked in marketing until 2010. In 2013, they established Sport's by S&D, a company they owned until 2015. During this time, they also served as the Technical Director and Vice President at Dallas Rush FC from 2013 to 2015 and as the Vice President & Finance Director at Dallas Rush from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they founded SOCCERPRACTICE-SCHMUGGE.COM and worked there as the owner. In the same year, they also joined FC Dallas as the Head Coach for U12, U16, and U17 teams. Thorsten (Toto) later became an Academy Staff Coach for the U16 and U17 teams from 2018 to 2022. Most recently, in 2016, they became a book author, creating a 6-week plan for soccer coaches to improve their teams' skills and tactics.

Thorsten (Toto) Schmugge began their education by attending Business School Bochum from 1998 to 2002. Thorsten (Toto) pursued a degree in Industriekaufmann and specialized in the field of Merchant. In addition to their formal education, Toto also obtained two U.S. Soccer National B Coaching Licences from the U.S. Soccer Federation in June 2022.
