Kasper Thornton

Kasper Thornton has a diverse work experience in the field of human performance and physiotherapy. Kasper began their career in 2014 as a Physiotherapist at Vig Fysioterapi, where they primarily worked with sports injuries and chronic pain patients until 2016. In 2015, they joined FC Nordsjaelland as an Academy Physiotherapist and later progressed to the role of Head of Physiotherapy - Academy in 2018. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Head of Medical, overseeing the medical aspects of the club. Currently, Kasper holds the position of Director of Human Performance at FC Nordsjaelland, starting in June 2023.

Kasper Thornton obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports & Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales in the year 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Physiotherapy from PH Metropol Copenhagen, which they completed between 2011 and 2014. In 2009, Kasper completed their HF degree from Frederiksborg HF - Hillerød, with a field of study in HF.
