Bob Moore

Bob Moore has extensive experience in the multi-family housing industry. Bob started their career as a Leasing Consultant and worked their way up through various positions. In 2002, they became a Property Manager at CWS Apartment Homes, where they stayed until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Community Manager at Riverstone Residential Group. Bob then joined Mid-America Apartment Communities as a Regional Vice President from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked at Greystar as a Senior Director from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of FCA Management LLC, where they oversee the operations of over 10,000 units in the Southeast and has experience in completing the lease-up process of new development communities.
