Anthony Malagutti

S. Motion & Unreal Engine Lead at FCB Chicago

Anthony Malagutti has a diverse work experience in the field of animation and design. Anthony currently works as an S. Motion + Unreal Engine Designer at FCB Chicago since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Technical Artist - UE4 and a senior artist emerging technologies at Leviathan from February 2021 to August 2021, and from May 2018 to February 2021, respectively. Anthony also held the role of Artistic Director - Senior CG Artist and Unreal Engine 4 visualization at Leviathan from February 2013 to May 2018.

Before joining Leviathan, Anthony worked as a freelance 3D generalist at Calabash Animation in November 2012. Anthony also worked as a Key Lighter / Compositor at Delacave from April 2011 to November 2011. Additionally, they gained experience as a 2nd Assistant Director, handling tasks such as character and props modeling, hair effects, and compositing at METHOD FILMS ANIMATION (Paris) & LA FABRIQUE(Luxembourg) from July 2010 to April 2011.

Their early work experiences include roles as a 2D/3D computer Graphist at Diplomatic-Cover from 2005 to 2006, and at Duran duboi from 2001 to 2005.

Anthony Malagutti earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 3D Animation from SUP INFO COM, where they attended from 1999 to 2001.
