Nick Conway

Nick Conway, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nick is currently working as the Director of Talent Development at FCB Chicago since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Human Resources at FCB Chicago from March 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining FCB Chicago, Nick worked at Old Navy as the General Manager & West Regional Internship Leader from July 2019 to March 2021. Nick also gained valuable experience at Target, where they served as the Store Director from August 2013 to July 2019.

Nick's professional journey started at Sigma Chi International Fraternity Headquarters, where they worked as the Director of Expansion from March 2011 to August 2013. Prior to that, they held positions at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., serving as the New Stores Team Leader & Field Visual Manager from March 2005 to March 2011.

Nick completed their undergraduate education from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Nick Conway has obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2021.
