Viviana Marie M. has had a diverse range of work experiences. Viviana Marie began their career as a Summer Intern - Engineering at the City of Naperville in 2014. Viviana Marie then gained further experience as a Communications Intern at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017. In the same year, they also worked as a Human Resources Intern at Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., LLC. In 2018, they took on the role of a Human Resources Intern at C+R Research and later transitioned to become a Recruiting Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator at MindSpring Partners LLC. In 2019, they joined A.T. Kearney as an Experienced Hire, Recruiting Assistant, providing support to the Americas HR Team. Viviana Marie then moved on to work as a People Coordinator and People Generalist at AbelsonTaylor from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Development Manager at FCB Chicago, where their tenure began in 2023.

Viviana Marie M. began their education in 2018 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Psychology.
