Ritu Bhasin

Ritu Bhasin has extensive work experience in the operations field. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at Friends Colors Image as an Operations Manager. In this role, they managed operations for the company. Since 2014, they have been the General Manager of Operations at FCI CCM. FCI CCM specializes in customer communication management solutions and services, helping organizations improve operational efficiency, support regulatory compliance, and drive business growth. Ritu's role at FCI involves revolutionizing customer communications for clients in consumer-facing businesses, delivering dynamic, interactive, and personalized communication experiences for customers.

Ritu Bhasin completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hans Raj College for the duration of three years, starting in 1997 and finishing in 2000. Following that, they pursued a PGDM degree in Operations Management and Supervision from The Open University, studying there for two years from 2000 to 2002.
