Wes Fujii

Wes is a senior IT executive who leads technology transformations that create lasting business value. As an FCM Partner, he provides C-level guidance on due diligence, acquisition integration, carve-out separation and productivity for private equity portfolio companies. Before joining FCM, Wes was Managing Director of Strategic Technology Operations at Citi, where he led global strategy for the $3B infrastructure organization and delivered $200M of run-rate savings through virtualization, persona-based management and cloud optimization. Previously, as Citi’s Managing Director of Global Infrastructure, he improved service delivery by 50%, reduced labor costs by 50% and grew customer satisfaction by 30% through organizational restructuring and process re-engineering. Wes was also Senior Infrastructure Manager at GE Healthcare, where he oversaw a client computing environment of 600 sites and 65,000 global users. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern Illinois University, and attended the CIO Institute at Columbia University.
