Michael Hidalgo

Michael Hidalgo has extensive experience in content creation and the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Content Creator for FCP Euro since December 2017, Michael produces DIY content for the company's YouTube channel. Prior roles include Chef and Manager at Mexicali Rose, where responsibilities involved cooking, inventory management, staff training, and customer interaction. Michael also worked as a Car Salesman at Shaker's Family Ford Lincoln, handling car sales and paperwork, and managed operations at Mexicali Rose Bethel. Earlier experience includes serving as a Student Employment Advisor at the University of Bridgeport, advising students on employment opportunities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bridgeport.
