Scott joined FCR in 2018 as the Site Director of FCR’s contact center in Grants Pass, Oregon. He was promoted to Senior Director in October 2018, where he oversaw seven centers within Oregon and Montana and provided strategic insights into FCR’s client partnerships. In 2019, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations. He currently oversees Client Support, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, and New Client Implementations. Before joining FCR, Scott held roles at North American Bancard and First Data. He led large-scale contact center strategies to improve the customer experience in these roles. Scott has over 25 years of experience in the contact center industry, delivering operational excellence in workforce management and CX strategies that improved NPS across the payments industry landscape.
