Kaethy Kennedy

Kaethy Kennedy serves as the Chief of Staff at FCTRY LAb since March 2024 and previously founded Napa Films, where Kaethy held the roles of Creative Director and Executive Producer from 2012 to March 2024. Additional experience includes Project and Events Manager at C200 from September 2022 to April 2023, Senior Vice President of Creative at Lieberman Productions from 2013 to 2020, and Partner/Owner at Secret Identity/Smartworks Collective from 2007 to 2010. Kaethy also has extensive experience in post production and operations, having served as Executive Vice President at both Trailer Park Group and Creative Domain, and as Director of Creative Services at Fox Broadcasting. Early career contributions include a position as Post Production Producer for Network On-Air Promotion at NBC. Kaethy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Business from UCLA, a degree in Wine Business Management from Sonoma State University, and is a Certified Wine Professional from the Culinary Institute of America.
