Mary Crisafulli

Mary Crisafulli has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mary is currently serving as the Sr. VP HR Operations - Americas at FDH Aero since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at BJG Electronics from 2019 to 2023. Mary has also worked as a Speaker/Professional Sales and Leadership Coach at Southwestern Consulting from 2017 to 2019.

During their tenure at Modern Leadership from 2014 to 2017, Mary held the role of Principal Consultant, focusing on leadership development programs. Mary has also worked as the Chief Talent Officer (VP Human Resources) at Clearvision Optical, where they played a key role in developing the organization's human resources and talent management functions from 2008 to 2013.

Mary has extensive experience at Arrow Electronics, where they held various roles from 2001 to 2008. These include Director, Global Sales Excellence (Organization Development), Manager of Management Development, and Manager of Learning and Development. Prior to their time at Arrow Electronics, Mary worked as a Training Project Manager at Arrow Electronics from 1998 to 2000.

Their earlier career includes roles at Long Island Lighting Company/Keyspan Energy, where they served as a Principal Training Specialist from 1991 to 1998, and as an Instructional Technologist from 1991 to 1994.

Mary Crisafulli has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York. Mary also has a Master of Social Work degree from the State University of New York Stony Brook Health Sciences Center. In addition, they are a Licensed Social Worker certified by the New York Department of Education.
