Tom Rose

Tom Rose has a extensive work history with various companies. Tom started their career at Chick-fil-A Corporate in 1983, where they worked as a Business Intern. Tom traveled to different locations, opening new mall-based units and turning around distressed locations. In 1988, they joined UPS as a Delivery Supervisor, managing operations and overseeing the launch of a new delivery service. Tom worked at UPS for seven years and received recognition for their performance. In 1995, Tom moved to Aramark Uniform Services and served as a District Manager, later becoming an Assistant General Manager and then a General Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for the strategic direction and P&L performance of a uniform market center, overseeing multiple departments and managing a team of direct reports.
