Elisabeth Dujeu has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Elisabeth started their career in 2014 as a Media Intern at Go Group Media, where they organized workshops and identified festivals to broadcast documentaries. Elisabeth then worked as a Data Journalism Intern at JumpStart, where they conducted investigations and created visual content. In 2015, they became a French Teacher at Alliance Française.

From 2015 to 2019, Elisabeth worked at Fedasil, initially as an Administrative Assistant, where they played a crucial role in welcoming and ensuring the safety of residents. Elisabeth then became a Caretaker, focusing on the wellbeing of residents and managing logistics. After that, they worked as a Social Worker, providing support and coaching to asylum applicants. Finally, they became the Coordinator of Reception and Logistics, overseeing the reception desk and managing the logistics department.

In 2019, Elisabeth had a mission with the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) in Samos, Greece, as a Flow Manager and Information Provider. Their responsibilities included facilitating communication between applicants, the Greek Asylum Service, and EUAA, as well as managing appointments and identifying vulnerable cases.

Elisabeth Dujeu has a diverse education history. Elisabeth began their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Social and Media Communication from IHECS in 2012. Elisabeth then pursued a Master's degree in Socio-cultural Animation and Continuing Education/Development from the same institution, which they completed in 2014. In 2015, Elisabeth obtained several certifications including training in International Humanitarian Law from Croix-Rouge de Belgique, First Aid from Ligue Francophone Belge de Sauvetage asbl, Fire Prevention from A-first, and Cooperation on Development Challenges from BELGISCHE TECHNISCHE COOPERATIE - COOPERATION TECHNIQUE BELGE. Continuing their education, Elisabeth attended the Université catholique de Louvain in 2017 and 2018, where they obtained a Certificate in Mental Health in Social Contexts: Multiculturality and Poverty specializing in the Anthropology of Mental Health.
