Before creating Federa, Artin was developing residential real estate. In 2016 he founded Federated Realty – a company that introduced Smart Listings – the first digital service offering its clients a cost-efficient option to list their homes for a flat fee instead of the traditional commission. The revolutionary platform was met with increasing success, and was only a matter of time when the company would present the world with its new innovation.

Motivated by the desire to change and improve the way billions of people live their lives, in 2020 Artin became one of those who worked on broadening the brand, changed its name, and focused on creating more products and services that could eliminate the existing problems of the real estate industry. With his help Federa introduced several more platforms focused on providing the best possible experiences of dealing with real estate for agents and clients all over the world.
