Andy Patrick

Mr. Patrick is a growth-focused senior executive with a passion for attacking his clients’ most demanding business challenges. His 20+ years of experience managing Federal programs include a variety of analytical, program management, and senior leadership positions in the military, civil service, non-profit and private sectors.

Prior to joining F|A|P, Mr. Patrick was a member of the Senior Executive Service at the Department of Veteran Affairs serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for Business Operations in the Office of Community Care. In this role, he was responsible for finance, policy, strategic planning, communications, congressional correspondence and human resources for the 7,500 FTE/$14B+ organization. Before joining the VA, Mr. Patrick worked for several top-tier management consulting organizations including Accenture, Science Applications International Corporation and Altarum Institute.

Mr. Patrick is a decorated veteran of the United States Air Force. He holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Services Management from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
