Candice Coates

Candice Coates is currently the Campus Recruitment Team Lead at the Corporate Engagement Branch of the Federal Aviation Administration. Prior to this role, Candice worked as a Human Resources Specialist at USAID and the U.S. Geological Survey. Candice's experience includes processing personnel actions and working with automated systems like the Federal Personnel/Payroll System. Candice also served as a Human Resources Assistant at the U.S. Small Business Administration. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and has certificates in Human Resources Management from Northern Virginia Community College.
