Harold Marshall

Harold Marshall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data governance, management, and analysis across various branches of the military and government. Currently serving as the ADO-110 Collibra Data Governance Center and Data Quality Product Lead at the Federal Aviation Administration since March 2022, Harold previously held positions as Data Management Team Lead at the US Army, overseeing data activities for the Integrated Pay and Personnel System, and as Program Analyst/Senior Lead Analyst for the US Navy, managing data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives. Earlier roles included Lead Systems Analyst at the U.S. Navy Public Works Center, focusing on administrative procurement processes.
