Lehia Roberts

Lehia Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Federal Aviation Administration since September 2016, Lehia oversees strategic initiatives and communications for the office of Compensation, Benefits, and Worklife. Previous roles include Management & Program Analyst at the FAA, Program Manager for Training & Development Programs at the National Institutes of Health, and HR positions at GE Healthcare, GE Capital, and Alliant Energy. Lehia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Towson University and two undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Management.
