Paige Kneeland currently serves as a Crime Analyst III for the California Department of Justice since October 2023 and has held the position of Vice President at the Southeastern Homicide Investigators Association since June 2019. Additionally, Paige is the Chairman of the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) National Advisory Board for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since May 2014. Prior to these roles, Paige was a Deputy Sheriff with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department from May 2002 until November 2023. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of New Haven (1998-1999) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Georgia (1995-1997), along with studies at Young Harris College (1993-1995).
