Anna Gomez

Anna Gomez currently serves as a Commissioner at the Federal Communications Commission, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Anna was a Senior Advisor for International Information and Communications Policy at the U.S. Department of State from January to October 2023. Anna has extensive experience in telecommunications law and policy, having worked as a Telecom Attorney, Partner at Wiley Rein LLP, and held various positions at the Federal Communications Commission, including Deputy Chief of the International Bureau and Deputy Chief of Staff at the National Economic Council. Anna holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Penn State University.
