Alvin "Chip" Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources information management and payroll. Chip currently serves as a Supervisor at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and has held significant positions such as Manager of Human Capital Information Resources at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Director of the Office of HR Systems at the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior roles include Management Analyst at the United States Department of Defense and the National Science Foundation.
