Alvin Black

Alvin "Chip" Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources information management and payroll. Chip currently serves as a Supervisor at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and has held significant positions such as Manager of Human Capital Information Resources at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Director of the Office of HR Systems at the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior roles include Management Analyst at the United States Department of Defense and the National Science Foundation. Chip holds a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University and completed the Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard Kennedy School. Chip is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB).
