Brian Guy

Brian Guy is a seasoned legal and policy professional with extensive experience in equal employment opportunity and civil rights advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Deputy Director at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since January 2022, Brian previously held the position of EEO Director at the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) from December 2013 to January 2022, where expertise in Title VII and anti-discrimination laws was applied. Earlier roles include Senior Litigation Specialist at the USDA and Employment Attorney at USPS, focusing on complex litigation and agency representation. Brian began a legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in North Carolina. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, a Master of Arts in Ancient Judaism and Christian Origins from Alliance University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
