Nikita Pearson has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), having served since June 1998 in various capacities including Deputy to the Chairman for External Affairs, Director, Acting Director, Deputy Director, Associate Director, Assistant Regional Director, Case Manager in Risk Management, and Bank Examiner in Risk Management.
