Bob Stegner, KCEM, has extensive experience in emergency management and public safety, currently serving as the IMAT Operations Section Chief with FEMA since July 2019. Bob has held the position of Volunteer Fire Chief with Ohio Township Fire District since January 2017 and has been involved as a volunteer with Franklin County Office of Emergency Management since June 2015. Prior roles include Qualified Operations Branch Director for FEMA Region VII, where Bob guided critical infrastructure operations and established collaborative response partnerships. Additional experience includes serving as a Public Safety Dispatcher with Anderson County Sheriff's Office and Reserve Sheriff's Deputy with Franklin County Sheriff's Department, as well as holding technology and logistics management positions in educational and emergency management settings. Bob's diverse skill set is complemented by a background in Emergency Medical Services as an Advanced EMT with Franklin County EMS.
