Paul Judson

Paul Judson currently serves as the Deputy Associate Administrator of the Office of Policy and Program Analysis (OPPA). In this role, he supports the Associate Administrator in leading FEMA’s strategic and resource planning, data analytics, policy, audit, and international affairs functions

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Judson served as the Division Director of OPPA’s Enterprise Resource Planning Division. In this role, he supported the implementation of the agency’s strategic goals through management of FEMA’s future-year resource, performance management, and requirements development processes.

Since joining FEMA in 2009, Mr. Judson has also served in the agency’s Office of Regional Operations, National Preparedness Division, and National Response Coordination Center.
